Set up and tear down of the tables and chairs are the responsibility of the users under the supervisor’s direction. Users are responsible for any damage to the building or any of its contents and or equipment.

 

I have read the policy regarding use and agree to the conditions. I also understand that the Park United Methodist Church will not be held responsible/liable for any injury incurred by members of our group as a result of incidents occurring on Church premises during the course of these sponsored activities.

Usage and Janitorial Charges

(Fellowship Hall, Kitchen, & Sanctuary)

Effective May 1, 2012

Contact the Church Secretary for reservations 725-4105. Usage, cleaning fee, kitchen supervisor, per person fees and a refundable deposit fee must be paid to the Board of Trustees after notification of approval and prior to the event. The fellowship hall has a seating capacity of 150 at tables.

Exceptions to the above charges can only be made by the Board of Trustees at the issuing of the contract.

Hall/Kitchen Rules and Regulations

_______ No smoking or alcoholic beverages.

_______ No dishes or equipment are to be taken from the Church.

_______ All dishes must be put in their proper places.

_______ Sinks, stoves, and counter tops must be left clean.

_______ All food must be removed from the kitchen and refrigerators.

______Users are responsible for dish breakage and other damages to the building, contents or equipment.

_______ Users (other than Park United Methodist Church Members) must furnish their own tablecloths,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 napkins,dishtowels,etc.

_______ There is a $2.00 per person fee charged when PUMC dishes or kitchen cooking equipment  is used. This fee is in addition to the Hall/kitchen usage fee.

_______There will be charged a $25 refundable deposit (separate check) to cover minor damage or extra clean up.

Kitchen equipment must be used under the supervision of a qualified person from Park United        Methodist Church, Payable by separate check. A list of qualified persons may be obtained by calling the Church Secretary.

 

Set up and tear down of the tables and chairs are the responsibility of the users under the supervisor’s direction.

 

Please call the church office (725-4105) the week prior to your scheduled event for any final instructions and for information regarding locking and unlocking the church building
